Return and Refund Policy

At Gifts of Jamaica, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods.
  • To start a return, please contact us at sales@giftsofjamaica.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Order will ship as requested. If shipping is delayed an automatic refund will be issued.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@giftsofjamaica.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@giftsofjamaica.com.
